When we opened the doors of Susrutha Hospital in 2001, it began with a simple, unwavering promise: to treat every patient with the same sincerity we would offer our own family. As a surgeon, I have always believed that while technology and facilities are vital, the “highest standard” of care is found in the quiet moments of empathy and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
We have built this institution brick by brick, and heart by heart. Every milestone we’ve reached over the last two decades was made possible by you—the people who trusted us when you were at your most vulnerable. To the families of Mahbubnagar and beyond, I am forever thankful for that faith.
